New role for Markus Liebe at Vaude
Markus Liebe has been put in charge of sponsoring, events and cooperations at mountain sports firm Vaude.
His duties include managing the four Vaude sponsoring teams—alpine, climbing, freeride and bike—with top athletes such as the current Boulder World Master, Kilian Fischhuber, and Climbing European Master 2008, Johanna Emst.
Another priority for Mr Vaude is coordinating and expanding the firm’s collaboration with partners such as the German Alpine Association (DAV), climate-neutral mountain and ski school Vivalpin, the Association for Nature and Forest Kindergartens (BvNW) and the SAAC (Snow and Avalanche Awareness Camps).
Also included in his duties is organisation of the Vaude TransSchwarzwald, Vaude Boulder Cup, Vaude Freeride Opening and Mountain Attack.
Mr Liebe previously held the position of consultant for marketing & PR at Storck Bicycle in Bad Camberg for more than two years.
