New lucy yoga wearer feature Cool Cotton
Oregon-based performance apparel company lucy activewear has launched its latest line of yoga wear.
The lucy Harmony Collection, features Cool Cotton, the company’s newest technical fabric. Recognising a strong demand for yoga apparel made with natural materials, it has developed a soft, breathable cotton that wicks moisture and provides compression.
Kira Karmazin, vice president of merchandising and marketing said that women taking part in yoga: “No longer have to choose between natural and performance fabrics. With Cool Cotton, technology harmonizes with a natural cotton to keep yoga practitioners cool, dry and covered.”
Each piece in the Harmony Collection offers flexibility and a good range-of-motion with low-rise waists, supportive halter straps and surplice styling. The Cool Cotton’s performance stretch helps keep the apparel from straying during difficult poses. Dying techniques such as batik, dip dye ombre and tie-dye are used throughout the line.
