Leta Lindley and Christina Kim to appear at PGA Show

29/01/2009

Leta Lindley is to promote Canadian women’s sportswear designer Lija’s new autumn 2009 collections at the PGA Merchandise Show. Staff player for golf bag and accessories designer keri golf, Christina Kim, will also appear at the show.

Ms Lindley, who wears Lija in all on-courses activities, is the Grand Prize winner of the brand's inaugural Tour Style Leaders Program and winner of the LPGA Corning Classic in 2008.

Lija's autumn collection includes three golf and sportswear collections featuring runway styling, distinctive silhouettes and the brand's trademark bold colour combinations. The line's Active and Tennis collections feature colour-blocking, ruffles, ruching and zipper detailing.

Ms Kim uses a keri golf bag in all on-course activities, making use of spacious storage, external tee holders, interior pockets for balls, cell phones and wallets, and a shoulder strap system with a recessed well on the cart bags for a streamlined look.

Two-time LPGA Tour winner, Ms Kim recorded nine top-10s during the 2008 season and a top-30 money list finish.

The 2009 matty collection of cart and stand bags, totes, travel covers and headcovers is highlighted by an eclectic mix of timeless and contemporary looks. The latest designs are influenced by modern American style and combine a palette of red, black and white with exaggerated geometric prints including stripes, ovals and florals.
