Première Vision opens in Paris

10/02/2009

Première Vision Paris opened its doors on February 10, showcasing new fabric ideas for the spring-summer 2010 season. The organisers said the show presents “an offer unlike any other in the world of creative and innovative collections, covering all the weaving professions”.

The February event this year has a total of 682 exhibitors from 28 countries, which represents a drop of 2.8% compared to last February. The organisers said this figure suggested to them that in the current economic climate, Première Vision was holding up “extremely well”, not least because 24 textile manufacturers were taking part for the first time.

Twenty-eight exhibitors were in the Pulsation category, in which
Première Vision groups technical fabric suppliers to the sports and outdoor market.
