With the downturn in the global economy, textile industry technology provider Gerber has reversed its decision to attend the 2009 IMB – World of Textile Processing, taking place at Cologne, Germany from April 21-24.
The company has said it is staying focused on customers and aligning resources to do so. “We at Gerber feel it’s most important at this time to stay focused on ensuring that our customers have access to our solutions at costs that meet their strained budgets. Now more than ever, our customers need our help in making sure they stay as productive as possible”, said Bill Brewster, vice president global marketing and product management for Gerber Technology.
