Intertextile Beijing speakers announced
A number of experts will speak at Intertextile Beijing Apparel Fabrics, which will be held March 29–31 at the China International Exhibition Centre.
Seminars will be given by Laurie Pressman, speaking on colour trends for spring-summer 2010, Yeon Do-Young, who will discuss spring-summer 2010 colour focus and global fabric trends, Guo Ping Feng, who will review 2008 overseas fabric trade and prospects for 2009, Sherry Wu, who will discuss US consumer trends and David Cheng, who will speak about the latest intellectual property rights.
The event has confirmed 1,100 exhibitors from 14 countries and regions who will cover 48,000 m². Three trend forums will also take place at the fair including the Interstoff Asia Directions trend forum, at which attendees will learn about design and manufacturing processes in line with the coming fashion season.
Intertextile Beijing also runs alongside Yarn Expo Spring 2009, a sourcing event in Beijing for apparel textile fibres and yarns, which will be held at the China World Trade Centre.
