Avery launches new Spanish-language site
A Spanish-language edition of Avery Dennison’s information and brand management division (IBMD) website (www.ibmd.averydennison.com/esl) has gone live, making the division’s products, solutions and advisory content accessible to millions of Spanish-speaking apparel industry decision makers worldwide.
“The Spanish edition will deliver home-language content to persons in some of the apparel industry’s most active production and retailing areas,” says Stefano Lacaita, general manager for Latin America, Avery Dennison IBMD. “Throughout Latin America and in other Spanish–speaking regions around the world, the new site will provide apparel business managers with content that helps them enhance their operations and brand management.”
Its interactive pages provide information on a wide range of products and document technical information for the clothing and textile industries. The site covers the display, tracking and protection of brand names at any point in the global supply chain. Issues such as brand enhancement, security, data management, supply chain visibility, label consistency, RFID solutions, including item-level RFID, and RFID justification are given particular prominence.
The website is currently available in English, German and Simplified Chinese, as well as Spanish. A French edition is likely to be available by the end of the year.
