AEC appoints new plant manager in Honduras

North Carolina-based narrow fabrics specialist AEC has appointed Aldo Zavala as its new plant manager for the company’s Telas Ela´sticas (TESA) plant in Honduras.

AEC purchased a controlling interest in the TESA plant in April as part of a wider programme of growth through strategic acquisition of manufacturing operations.

Mr Zavala has more than 26 years’ experience in many facets of business and manufacturing, including roles as a plant manager in Guatemala and Honduras. He has also been a finishing, logistics and operations manager in textile and narrow fabrics plants.
