Space for suppliers at 2013 Snow Show

SnowSports Industries America (SIA), organiser of the Snow Show,  has added a separate floor with a supplier venue for the next edition of the event, which takes place in Denver from January 31 to February 3, 2013. Performance textiles, technologies, insulation, findings and other component vendors will now be able to show at SIA and work with apparel brands in one dedicated area there for the first time.

Specialist developer and producer of fabric-based finished products for the active sports and outdoor markets Concept III is among the supplier companies to have signed up for the event. The company, which will celebrate its thirtieth anniversary in 2013, has said it relishes the chance to exhibit at a show dedicated to snow sports, which helped Concept III launch in 1983.

“Internationally, ski has always had a direct impact on performance fashion,” said founder and chief executive, David Parkes, on announcing his company’s participation at the show. “As well as countless new fibres, fabrics and silhouettes have been launched by the industry over the years.”

Concept III works with ten textile technologies and mills worldwide, and Mr Parkes said all ten have also committed to participation at the Concept III booth in Denver.
