Reef appoints its first vice-president for footwear

Former Vans executive Tom Cooke has joined California-based surf brand Reef to take up the newly created post of vice-president for footwear.

Mr Cooke will start his new job immediately, reporting to company president, Jeff Moore.

Reef said that it was making the appointment to help it achieve growth in its existing sandal business as well as develop new closed-toe footwear products.
