Berghaus launches “most ambitious” waterproof jacket

The Vapour Storm combines breathable Gore-Tex Active fabric with front, side and rear vents that allow cool air in and humid air to escape.
The range underwent an "extended development process" in the company’s labs. Field testing involved athletes running, biking, trekking and climbing in eight countries and was developed with input from athletes such Philippe and Anna Gatta, Steve Birkinshaw, Helene Whitake and Leo Houlding.
Along with the rest of the range, the jacket was designed to help competitors tackle the Dragon’s Back Race, which over five days takes runners across Wales, covering 200 miles and 15,000 metres of ascent.
