Mountain lions inspire new shoe from Mammut

Outdoor brand Mammut has launched a new shoe called the Redburn Pro, which it describes as urban-styled, but equally at home on the hills or in town.

It features a Gripex Cougapproach sole, claws and rib-shaped profiles (inspired by mountain lions), ensuring high levels of safety and grip.

Using top-quality suede, the Redburn Pro comes in a range of colours and sports a rubber toe-cap and heel for protection and abrasion resistance.

Mammut has also installed its Base Fit technology into the shoe, using narrow strips of webbing from the lacing area to the soles to ensure a close, stable shoe.
