Eurojersey forecasts trends for autumn-winter 2014/15

First is Extravagant Luxury: “a bold, audacious and provocative variety of luxury, finished with an artistic, noble and sublime touch. This atmosphere is reminiscent of the boulevards of Paris, the majesty of princely locations and the splendour of exotic bouquets”. The company’s fabric which embodies the theme is Sensitive Seric Plus.
The second theme, Romantic Masculine, focuses on literary charm, nostalgia for tradition and a revival of craftsmanship. Eurojersey suggests Sensitive Plus, Sensitive Ultra Light, Sensitive Touch and Sensitive Sheer fabrics fit the theme.
The Instinctive theme is again conveyed through the Sensitive Seric Plus fabric, which brings to life “ancient hides, armour and tough, wild weaving”. These images are invigorated by fiery colours, autumnal browns and greens, and red and golden lacquers. The traditional printing technique with colour pigments highlights the matt and gloss contrasts and animal patterns.
The final theme, Quiet Richness, evokes “the energy of biting cold, the power of freezing nature, the oily density of iridescent matter, the thickness of the elements, and the stillness of icy temperatures”.
The fabrics will be on display at swimwear and lingerie event Interfiliere in Paris in July.
