Increased visitor numbers for Techtextil India

According to organisers, the upcoming edition of Techtextil India will cover more ground than ever before and will attract a larger volume of visitors. The event runs from October 3-5 in Mumbai. 

Covering more than 3,000 square-metres, the exhibition will be 50% larger than the previous edition, according to Messe Frankfurt. It is also expected to be more interactive for those visiting the show. 
Around 4,000 delegates from 130 countries, including government representatives and private firms, will participate at the event. International participation is up by 20%, with exhibitors from Italy, Japan, Sweden, the UK, the US, Belgium, China, France and Germany set to join.

The National Jute Board (NJB), Indian Technical Textiles Association (ITTA) and Texprocil will have pavilions at the event. A wide range of products including technical textiles for sports and protective clothing will be on show.
