Thermore updates Aria with recycled fibres

17/01/2014
Insulation technology brand Thermore has developed an updated version of its Aria insulation which it has blended with 50% recycled fibres.

The Italian company launched Aria – an ultra-light consisting of 98% air – last July.

It says it “mimics real down insulation in every aspect”, but claims an 80% cost saving and is underpinned by a “commitment to exclude all PFOA and PFOS chemicals from all products”.

Thermore will present the insulation, alongside its Classic, Ecodown, Rinnova and Thermosoft ranges which have just been awarded bluesign certification, at the ISPO Munich trade show in Germany at the end of the month.
