Camtex launches Cambrelle with Celliant
18/02/2014
Celliant is a patented blend of 13 optically responsive minerals that absorb the energy the body emits and recycle it back to the body, according to manufacturer Hologenix. It claims that fabrics made from its fibres improve circulation and increase tissue oxygen levels by over 7% enabling cells to metabolise glucose into ATP (adenosine triphosphate, an energy-bearing molecule). This helps improve performance, endurance and strength and reduces pain, aiding muscle recovery and healing, it says.
Camtex managing director Kieran O’Hare said: “The new Cambrelle with Celliant range enables Cambrelle to remain at the forefront of shoe linings and complements our already impressive range, which includes recycled Cambrelle, Cambrelle with Amicor and Cambrelle Conduct alongside regular Cambrelle, which is now made in both the UK and China.”
