EU removes textiles duties from Ukraine

The European Union and Ukraine have signed a landmark political cooperation accord, removing duties on a wide range of good, including textiles.

It is the deal former president Viktor Yanukovich rejected last November, a decision that led to his overthrow.

As well closer political ties, the deal is expected to be worth $689 million to the Ukraine in trade benefits.
