The authorities in the province of Manica in Mozambique have said an unnamed textile firm is poised to boost the country’s wool industry.

Not only will the company set up a new woollen garment factory in the provincial capital, Chimoio, creating 300 new jobs, it will also provide local farmers with financial incentives and even lambs to increase local wool production.
