Fall in prices leads to flat first half figures for TTF

The Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) has reported total export revenues of $5.8 billion in the first six months of 2014, down slightly on the same period in 2013.

These figures include sales overseas of yarns, fabrics and finished garments. The TTF has said in comments to local media that the main reason for the slight decline (0.3%) is a fall in prices.
