New lightweight products from Korea's Sealon
Sealon, a South Korea-based adhesive film and seam sealing specialist, has unveiled a number of new products for the sports and outdoorwear markets.
A new polyurethane adhesive film built with UV resistance and good bonding strength is designed to prevent yellowing and is suitable for thin and light-coloured fabrics.
A reflective black Deco Film, created for knitted and stretch fabric garments, enhances the stretch effect and adheres to nylon, polyester, cotton and blends.
A polyurethane seam sealing tape will keep three-layer garments waterproof and is available in any colour.
KeunHun Chang, managing director of Bristex, part of the Sealon group, said: “We are expanding our range to soft shell, and also to running shoes.”
The companies specialise in lightweight, strong fabrics and products suitable for wind or rainproof garments and which can also be used for cycling or running gear.
