Golf clothing brand appoints new distributor in Switzerland

The company, headed by Bettina Bloesch, has many years’ experience in the golf industry, having supported brands like Bunker Mentality and Ian Poulter’s apparel range, IJP Design. Ms Bloesch has also represented outerwear brands Quiksilver and Roxy for seven years.
Commenting on her appointment, she said: “I have worked closely with Abacus in Switzerland before and have therefore been exposed to the brand’s industry-leading technical fabrics and products. Swedish influences are very apparent across the range and the requirements from Swiss golfers are quite similar, as both countries experience challenging winter conditions that require warm, waterproof, and highly technical garments.”
