Alvanon to offer London designers a quick fix on fit

More space and an open-plan layout at its new offices in Queensway will allow Alvanon to set up a “fashion fit space” in the building. This means London designers will be able to call in and, for a small fee, use Alvanon’s technology to make sure the garments they are working on will fit people properly.
The company claims to have compiled the world’s largest database of 400,000 body scans and provides “customised fit strategies” and product development tools to the fashion brands, retailers, lingerie, swimwear, sportswear, mail order and corporate clothing suppliers around the world.
