Inaugural Texworld Istanbul takes place

It said 115 exhibitors from ten countries had taken part, exhibiting cotton, knitted fabrics, wool and wool blends, functional fabrics, fibres, yarns and denim.
Detlef Braun, a Messe Frankfurt director, said of the event: “In the last ten years, our company has led the path for many Turkish textile professionals to a variety of international markets by offering high-quality fairs all across the globe. Now we are bringing the international fashion fabrics manufacturing base to Turkey.”
