Dow celebrates “record end to a strong year”

Dow Chemical has announced sales for 2014 $58.2 billion, an increase on the previous year of 1.9%.

The company’s Performance Materials & Chemicals and Performance Plastics divisions performed strongly. Polyurethanes, for example, achieved double-digit revenue growth in the fourth quarter with gains in all regions, part of what chief executive, Andrew Liveris, described as “a record end to a strong year”.
