OrganoClick raises $9 million from equity sale

Swedish performance materials developer OrganoClick has raised raised around $9 million in new equity and says it intends to list its shares on Nasdaq First North, Nasdaq’s European growth market, designed for small and growing companies.

OrganoClick has said it expects its first day of trading to be February 16, 2015 and that it will use the capital to scale up sales and marketing activities for its green chemical and material technologies.
