Kering appoints new Action Sports chief executive
Luxury group Kering has announced the promotion of Todd Hymel, chief operating officer since 2012 of its Sport & Lifestyle Division, to the newly created position of chief executive of Action Sports Brands. Mr Hyme will take up the new position on July 1.

He will be based in Costa Mesa, California, and will continue to report directly to Jean-François Palus, group managing director. Part of his remit will be to establish what Kering has called “a stronger group presence” in the US, notably on the West Coast.
