Swedish sportswear COO departs following ‘brand transition’

The deputy CEO and chief operating officer of sportswear and underwear group Björn Borg has left the Swedish company amid a restructuring.

The group said it is focusing on “transitioning the brand to a sports fashion brand”.

Henrik Fischer’s last day will be 30 June, and the role will remain vacant.

Björn Borg products are sold in around 30 markets, of which Sweden and the Netherlands are the largest.
