New zip collection from YKK combines metal and plastic

Its most recent contribution to this is a collection of zips called Metaluxe Mirror Effect, which it will have on display at Premiere Vision in Paris (September 15-17).
YKK describes the collection as “a nifty combination” of plastic and metal zippers. The zips appear to be metallic given the shape of the elements, which have been surface
treated using a method that reproduces the effect of galvanisation, the company explained in the build-up to the Paris event.
