DyStar launches new web-based tool to help customers choose well

27/11/2015
Specialist textile chemicals manufacturer DyStar has launched its own internet-based tool for product selection and process optimisation in the dyeing process.

Called eliot, the tool was developed over the course of the last year by “consolidating different expert systems and information databases into one comprehensive function”, the company said.

With a well-structured user interface, it says the tool will be easy and intuitive for customers to use.

It has four modules: Green Selection, to help customers choose DyStar products that are compliant with brands’ restricted substance lists, Product Finder, Optidye for recipe or process optimisation suggestions, and a general iformation module offering details of DyStar’s product offerings.
