BCI announces inaugural conference

Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), the Geneva-based non-profit organisation that works to promote greater sustainability in cotton production around the world, has announced that it will hold the first BCI Global Cotton Conference this year.

The event will take place in Berlin from May 16-18, with the first day reserved for BCI members (mostly retailers and brands) only and the other two days being open to all.

According to BCI, the conference will provide “a unique opportunity to explore themes at field-level, in the value chain and in consumer-facing businesses”.
