Women are more active, Keen CEO says

Outdoor footwear brand Keen may bring out a men’s version of its Terradora women’s walking shoes in spring 2018, but chief executive, Casey Sheahan, has justified concentrating on the women’s market for the launch of the collection.

In recent comments to the organisers of the ISPO exhibition in Munich, Mr Sheahan said starting with a range of Terradora shoes for women was deliberate. He said: “Female consumers are more active in the outdoor sector.”
