Outdoor footwear group Wolverine World Wide has announced it will commit $2.6 million to relief efforts in Texas following damage caused by Hurricane Harvey at the end of August. Wolverine will donate money, shoes and clothes.

“We are saddened to see the devastating effects of Hurricane Harvey,” said Blake Krueger, Wolverine’s chief executive. “We are working with our partners in the area to ensure our donations get to where they are needed most and we’re committed to supporting the community during this time. We are hopeful these donations will provide meaningful support over the coming weeks and months.”
