Tommy Hilfiger questions viability of ‘Made in America’

In an interview on US television, Mr Hilfiger said: "'Made in America' is very important. I would love to make everything in America if I could find the factories. They don't exist here in America.”
The designer agrees with the concerns of the apparel and footwear industry, which has argued that manufacturing more products in the US would push up prices. “It's my duty to bring the consumer the best product at the very best price," he insisted.
