International Cotton Association welcomes new managing director

Trade body the International Cotton Association (ICA) has appointed Bill Kingdon as its new managing director. He took up his post at the ICA’s headquarters in Liverpool on November 6.

Bill Kingdon has a background in defence and in consultancy. He said on taking up the job that he was looking forward to being part of “the evolution of the ICA” as it adapts to meet the needs of the global cotton community.
