Under Armour confirms chief finance officer role

Sports brand Under Armour has named David Bergman as its new chief financial officer. He has worked at Under Armour for 13 years and has been in the head of finance role in an ‘acting’ capacity since February 2017.

Chief executive, Kevin Plank, said on announcing the development that he and the other members of the Under Armour board have confidence that, in becoming chief financial officer, Mr Bergman will help the company “drive greater operational excellence” in every area of the business.
