Salomon’s new shoe technology tackles impact vibrations

The technology uses a combination of lightweight, cushioned materials in the midsole that reduce shock and return energy with a special midsole assembly to help diminish vibrations more efficiently.
“The industry has been talking about rebound and cushioning for the past three decades, but we believe the most critical input to the body while running is from vibrations,” Heather Pieraldi, Salomon’s director of footwear has said.
