Olympic champion expands her role with Salomon

Sports clothing and equipment brand Salomon has added US Nordic skier Jessie Diggins to its footwear, apparel and gear athlete team. She was already a Salomon Nordic ski and boot athlete and will now represent the brand across all categories, with a focus on running and training. 

Ms Diggins has been an important member of the US Ski Team since 2012. At the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea, she won the gold medal in the women’s team sprint freestyle cross-country skiing event. Her partner was Kikkan Randall. 

“I have always had an extremely positive and productive relationship with Salomon’s World Cup service team, and I am excited to continue strengthening that relationship through all aspects of my training,” Ms Diggins said, adding that she believes Salomon is making “huge strides” in its products across all categories.
