Amer Sports still focused on organic growth despite Chinese bid

Chief executive, Heikki Takala, said the group’s current strategy “is working” and that its organic growth drivers remain “largely unchanged” but explained that Amer will aim to place more emphasis on faster growth and higher profitability.
Mr Takala mentioned softgoods, direct-to-consumer, and the markets in China and the US as examples of areas of the business that can deliver those benefits.
