English Premier League club Arsenal has confirmed a new five-year kit deal with German sportswear manufacturer adidas. It is worth a reported £50 million per year.

The deal will come into effect on July 1 2019, when the football club’s current deal with another German group, Puma, expires.

The chief executive of adidas, Kasper Rorsted, has described Arsenal as “a stellar global brand” and said partnering with the club was “a no-brainer”.
