Lacoste goes high-tech with Mickey Mouse

High-end sports brand Lacoste has launched a new collection of clothes, shoes and bags inspired by decades-old cinema characters but employing new technology to produce the goods.

The images Lacoste is using in the collection are those of Disney characters Mickey and Minnie Mouse, with the brand using not just embroidery to incorporate the figures into its designs but also 3D printing and piqué applications too.

Products include hoodies, polo shirts and striped jerseys for women and men, and polo shirts and sweatshirts for children. White sneakers for adults and children with a black silhouette of Mickey Mouse on the heel comprise the footwear component of the collection.
