Experienced apparel industry finance expert joins Pentland

Ms Nurse joins the business from retail group Selfridges, where she has been finance director for the past four years. Prior to Selfridges, she held senior finance roles at the Arcadia Group, including finance director roles for the Wallis, Evans, Topshop and Topman businesses.
On her appointment, Ms Nurse said Pentland held a special appeal for her because she has been a consumer of many the brands Pentland produces for. She also said an opportunity to broaden her knowledge of wholesale operations and brand marketing was “too good to ignore”.
