Vaude wins award for sustainability report

Outdoor brand Vaude has won an award in Germany for the quality of its sustainability report. In a competition assessing sustainability reports published by companies in all industry sectors in all parts of Germany, Vaude achieved first place in the small and medium enterprise category.

The federal ministry of labour and social affairs (BMAS) organised the competition, engaging the Institute for Ecological Economy Research (IÖW) to carry out independent assessment of the reports.

Vaude’s corporate social responsibility manager, Jan Lorch, collected the award at a ceremony at the ministry in Berlin on February 21.
