Dutch subsidiary to change its name as part of Toray integration

Japanese advanced material manufacturer Toray has announced that it will change the name of Dutch subsidiary, TenCate Advanced Composites, to Toray Advanced Composites.

Toray acquired TenCate Advanced Composites in 2018 and has been working in recent months to integrate the Dutch company into the Toray Group. 

The name changes will be completed by July 17, 2019.
