Garmont wants to encourage entrepreneurship
08/07/2019
Taking place in what is the brand’s home province, the event saw more than 1,500 participants in 2018. It next takes place from October 20-27.
In addition to being the main sponsor, Garmont will also give out a special award to a start-up that is working on a project related to environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
The aim of the award is to recognise a company that is working to protect natural places for people to enjoy. This is line with Garmont’s philosophy of ‘Stay Wild’.
Announcing the partnership, Pierangelo Bressan, president of Garmont International, said: "We are particularly pleased to continue our partnership with Treviso Creativity Week and to strengthen it with the creation of an award strongly inspired by our philosophy. As an entrepreneur, I feel a strong responsibility to support and encourage entrepreneurship. Our country has a great need for good ideas and innovative minds, and we look forward to meeting the next Garmont Award winners."
Nominations for the award can be made on the Treviso Creativity Week website here.
