Workwear fabrics manufacturer Carrington Textiles has made two key appointments, both tasked with driving the business forward. Neil Davey has been promoted from sales director to managing director, and Paul Farrell replaces Mr Davey as sales director. 

Mr Davey has been in the UK textile manufacturing sector for 27 years, the last eight of which were with Carrington’s sales team. Prior to that, he spent time in the coating and laminating field, primarily on filament woven products before moving onto natural fibres with Carrington. 

Mr Farrell will now take over the team of 22 in the company’s sales, marketing and product development departments. Mr Farrell’s background started in customer service, sales and marketing, before transitioning to textiles in 2014.
