Merrell taps TNF sales director to be new VP of US sales

Outdoor footwear brand Merrell has appointed former senior sales director for The North Face (TNF), Alex Brown, as its new vice president of US Sales. Mr Brown will report directly to Merrell’s global president, Chris Hufnagel.

Prior to his role with TNF, Mr Brown founded and managed his own sales and marketing agency; before that, he held senior sales roles with Pearl Izumi and Playmakers.

“We’re thrilled to have Alex join the Merrell team. He brings a genuine passion for the outdoors, along with extensive relationships within and beyond the outdoor industry,” said Mr Hufnagel.
