Bluesign chief executive leaves to join SGS

Testing, inspection and certification body SGS has appointed Jill Dumain as its new global vice-president for sustainability solutions.

Ms Dumain joins from specialist textile chemicals certification body Bluesign Technologies, where she had been chief executive for the last four-and-a-half years.

 Before that, she spent more than 13 years at Patagonia, latterly as the brand’s environmental strategy director.
