Platinum rating for Lenzing

Fibre producer Lenzing has achieved a platinum rating for sustainability from EcoVadis, an evidence-based assessment platform that reviews the performance of organisations in meeting a series of sustainability targets.

Paris-based EcoVadis assesses companies’ performance in environmental management, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. It has found Stahl’s performance across all these areas to be platinum-rated, placing it within the top 1% of the companies it has assessed. It awarded Lenzing gold status in its assessments of the fibre manufacturer in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
