ICA names keynote speaker for 2021 trade event
The International Cotton Association (ICA) has announced that its annual trade event for 2021 will go ahead in a hybrid format. An in-person event will take place in Liverpool, where the ICA has its headquarters, on October 6. Delegates unable to travel to the UK because of covid restrictions will be able to attend virtually.
In the build-up to the event, ICA announced that Joe Nicosia, head of the cotton platform at agricultural merchant and processor Louis Dreyfus Company, will deliver the keynote address at the event.
A popular speaker and incisive analyst of the global cotton market, Mr Nicosia will give an address entitled simply ‘Outlook on cotton’. ICA said it expected the talk would attract “many physical and virtual participants”.
