Chief executive appointment at Coloreel
Textile thread dyeing specialist Coloreel has appointed Torbjörn Bäck as its new chief executive. He succeeds Mattias Nordin, who has moved to the role of senior vice-president for business development.
Mr Bäck was previously president for the northern European market of manufacturing group Camfil, which specialises in air filters.
Coloreel said on announcing the appointment that he had a strong industrial background and extensive international experience in sales and market, product management and creating growth. It said it was confident the new chief executive would be able to generate growth for its patented technology for on-demand digital dyeing of textile thread.
Torbjörn Bäck said he was looking forward to the role. He said Coloreel’s technology could “fundamentally change the textile industry”.
